Dinner of champions
Tonight I made baked fish with veggies in a parchment bag. It was beyond amazing.
I used Chilean Steelhead*, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. On the side we had rice.
*Don’t ask me what that is because I don’t know, it was on sale. I am pretty sure it’s either another name for salmon or related to salmon.
