Sinful snackage.

The guys, and by the guys I mean the husband’s two good friends that he’s known since middle school, roomed with in college, and continues to keep in touch with, came over to our place before heading to a Dredg concert. I passed on the concert and in my spare time alone in the apartment I made chocolate chip cookies (note). After the concert the guys scarfed down a couple cookies but I had made a couple dozen to keep myself and my husband satisfied for a few days.

This particular day I grabbed some of the stashed cookies and made myself a sinful snack of homemade chocolate chip cookies and iced coffee. Pure bliss. These are the little moments that make working from home so amazeballs.

I woke up this morning determined to make myself something delicious for breakfast. So I pulled out the Italian bread, some eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, blackberries and honey and made myself french toast with blackberry sauce. I am ready to start the day.
